„Widerstehe den Verlockungen und Leidenschaften, die jungen Menschen zu schaffen machen. Bemühe dich nach Kräften um ein Leben, das Gottes Willen entspricht und von Glauben, Liebe und Frieden bestimmt ist.“

Wie oft komme ich von den dauerhaften Verlockungen des Alltags, von Sozialen und anderen Medien, Handy, PC, oder alleine der Arbeit oder Geschäftigkeit nicht los. Zu oft hält mich das vom Wesentlichen ab. Gott sehnt sich aber gerade dann nach unserer Gemeinschaft, damit wir durch ihn alltäglich im Glauben wachsen können! Erst durch die Gemeinschaft mit ihm, können wir seine übernatürliche Liebe und Frieden erfahren.

„Setze dich gemeinsam mit allen dafür ein, die den Herrn aufrichtig anbeten. Lass dich nicht auf törichte und nutzlose Auseinandersetzungen ein. Du weißt ja, dass sie nur zu Streit führen. Wer Gott dienen will, soll sich nicht herumstreiten, sondern allen Menschen freundlich begegnen, andere geduldig im Glauben unterweisen und bereit sein, auch Böses zu ertragen.“

Was für eine Botschaft auch an uns als Gemeinde! Wie oft sind Streitigkeiten und Diskussionen sinnlos, weil sie uns weiter von Gott entfernen und echten Schaden anrichten. Gerade auch in einer Zeit, in der die Welt von Krieg, Karriere, Luxus oder auch Egoismus beeinflusst ist, lasst uns Gott jeden Tag neu suchen damit unser Glaube fester werde und wir Gottes Gedanken des Frieden und der Liebe an unserer Umfeld weiter geben können.

Nachwuchsarbeit

Wir suchen immer noch Verstärkung in der Kidstime! Nach vielen Jahren im Dienst, davon die letzten paar in der Leitung, ist Patricia Halle aus der Arbeit bei der Kidstime ausgetreten. Wir erwarten nicht, dass du direkt in die Leitung einsteigst, aber wir freuen uns über motivierte Helfer bei der Gestaltung der Kidstime. Melde dich bei Sarah Isaak, um mal einen Schnupperkurs zu machen.

Termine in diesem Monat

Termine der Nachwuchsarbeit

Die Jugend trifft sich jeden Samstag ab 18:30 Uhr in den Jugendräumen der Gemeinde.
Die Teens-Mädels und die Jungschar trifft sich Freitags von 16 bis 18 Uhr im Gemeindehaus.
Die KidsTime findet Sonntags immer parallel zum Gottesdienst statt.
